DIRECTIONS:
- Rinse and soak 1oz of seamoss in cold water for 3 hours.
- Drain the seamoss and rinse it again.
- Place the seamoss in a pot with 3 cups of boiling water.
- Let the seamoss steep in the hot water for 5 minutes.
- Carefully pour the seamoss and water mixture into a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and jelly-like.
- Transfer the seamoss gel to a clean Mason jar.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate the gel.
Seamoss gel can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. It can be added to smoothies, oatmeal, soups, or eaten on its own.
