Usage :
This herb can be used to make tea, syrup, and/or grind up to make capsules.
Instructions:
Tea
Bring 2 cups of water to a rapid boil for every 1 tsp of Elderberries. Boil for 2 minutes then steep for 15 - 30 minutes until soft & tender.
Elderberries Syrup
Ingredients:

1/2 cup dried Elderberries

2 cups of spring water

5 Whole Cloves or 1 tsp of Clove Powder

1-inch knob of Ginger Root or 2 tsp dried Ginger Root
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 cup of Agave or Date syrup
Directions:
Add dried elderberries, water, cloves, and ginger to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, add cinnamon and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered. Your syrup will have been reduced by about half.
Strain off the liquid, and press any juice from the berries using the back of your spoon. Cool slightly then add Agave or Date Syrup. Stir until combined.
Store in a sealed glass jar and refrigerate.
Dosage:
As a cold & flu preventative: 1 tbsp per day
