To Make Tea: Boil 2 cups of spring water, bring to a rapid boil, reduce heat, add a tsp of burdock root to pot, cover and steep for 10 minutes. You can add sweeteners such as agave, or date syrup.
Pairs great with Dandelion root, Sarsaparilla, yellow dock, elderberries.
