Ginger Root works wonders for nausea relief, fungus infections, stomach ulcer prevention, menstrual pain relief, cancer growth inhibition, inflammation reduction, brain function enhancement, and cholesterol reduction.
Usage:
Can be made into tea and/or capsules.
Instructions:
Bring 2 cups of spring water to a rapid boil, add 1/2 tsp of ginger to pot, reduce heat, strain and enjoy hot or cold.
Pairs well with Burdock, Elderberries, and Sarsaparilla.
